As part of the 4th annual Vancouver Foodster Best Burger Challenge, our very own Chef Caitlin Mark presents a force to be reckoned with: cue the Hot Jill Meats Huckleberry BC Bison Burger—a mouthwatering masterpiece requiring two hands, an empty stomach and an adventurous mind.

The goods:

  • 6 oz. of grass fed, pasture raised BC bison
  • From-scratch huckleberry relish
  • Little Qualicum hot jill monterey cheddar
  • Crisp Barnston Island red frill lettuce
  • Garlic aioli
  • Artisan Mix the Bakery challah bun
  • Home style French fries

The Challenge:

From October 19 – November 12, try this elevated, contemporary take on a comforting classic. Consider the following elements when casting your vote: originality, creativity, uniqueness, price, and, of course… taste! When posting about your H2 Rotisserie & Bar burger eating chronicles on social media, use hashtags #BurgerChallengeYVR, and #DineH2. We recommend a frosty glass of local craft Red Truck Lager to accompany this colossal .
