Transport your taste buds at H2 Rotisserie & Bar

This modern dining space at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is widely known and loved for its local home-style comfort food and stellar line-up of regionally produced beer, wines and spirits. Live music performances, an expansive garden-side terrace, and an irresistible Sunday brunch program make H2 a destination for locals and hotel guests alike.

Starting on August 4, H2’s adding one more reason for you to fall in love, by launching a colourful Sunday Luau Brunch menu. As a nod to Vancouver’s vibrant Pride Festival and an homage to the property’s original Polynesian eatery Trader Vic’s, H2 brings the flavours of Hawaii and the Philippines to the west coast.

The Sunday Luau Brunch series introduces dynamic flavours into the spread by featuring the likes of Pineapple BBQ Ribs; Huli Huli Chicken with banana-leaf-garlic shrimp; ‘Loco Moco’ fried mahi mahi with sweet rice and wasabi mayo; and vegan-friendly Beyond Meat ‘Waikiki’ meatballs with soy-ginger glaze. Refreshing lighter fare includes prawn ceviche, a selection of creative salads, and a build-your-own Açai Bowl bar. These mouth-watering elevations rotate weekly and complement H2’s brunch buffet staples, for those who prefer to stick with traditional Western options.

Make your meal complete with a line-up of tiki-inspired cocktails, including the Punch Drunk cocktail (featuring three types of rum, peach schnapps, pomegranate syrup, and pineapple and orange juices), and end the journey with indulgent desserts such as guava cake and banana spring rolls.

The Sunday Luau Brunch runs from noon to 3pm, every Sunday beginning August 4. Live music performances, tiki-themed décor, and complimentary valet parking make the experience complete. $39 for adults; $12.50 for children ages 6-12; free for children 5 and under. To book, visit h2restaurant.com or call 604.691.6966.

*** Due to popular demand, the Sunday Luau Brunch series has been extended until September 29th, 2019.
