Embark on a guided journey through exceptional expressions from Canadian Club and Alberta Distillers, thoughtfully paired with a refined five-course menu crafted by H2 Kitchen + Bar to showcase the complexity and character of each whisky.

Begin the evening with a Savoury Egg Custard featuring maple, Dungeness crab, dashi Chantilly, and smoked ikura, paired with Alberta Premium Golden Rye 9 Year Old. Continue with a Smoked Duck Croquette accompanied by foie gras mousse and plum compote alongside Reifel Rye.

The experience deepens with Birch and Rye-Cured Wild Salmon, served with braised Swiss chard, sweet corn beurre blanc, salmon roe, and chive, perfectly complemented by Canadian Club 18 Year Old High Proof. For the main course, savour Shio-koji Aged Wagyu Zabuton with dark chocolate-cherry jus, baby zucchini, sorrel purée, and charred scallion, paired with Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye Batch 10.

Conclude the evening with a decadent C.C. Sundae featuring smoked Bayshore honey ice cream, dark chocolate rye brownie, candied peanuts and popcorn, sugar glass, and warm Canadian Club salted caramel, paired with Alberta Distillers Rare Batch #2.
