Savour classic holiday dishes like roast turkey breast with cranberry sage stuffing, CAB AAA roast prime rib, and garlic & chive Yukon Gold mash potato, alongside comfort classics like H2 St. Louis ribs and Maple Bourbon Cured Salmon. New to the menu is our Chef attended Pasta All Ruota station featuring a half wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Little ones will delight in the Kid’s Zone with a poutine station, sliders, pizzas, a whimsical chocolate fountain and more.
